Straits Crest is a BCA-registered (Grade A2, CW01) construction partner for homeowners, businesses, and public agencies across Singapore. Since 2009, we have delivered work that looks good, passes inspection, and lasts.
We are a member of the Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (SCAL), bizSAFE STAR certified, and ISO 9001 accredited — so every project is planned, resourced, and closed out the right way, from HDB and condominium works to commercial fit-outs and civil infrastructure.

Founded
Straits Crest starts out doing small-scale renovation and Addition & Alteration works out of a single unit in Ubi.
BCA registration
Achieve BCA registration (Grade A2, CW01), opening the door to larger commercial and institutional tenders.
